Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns on food products once they have been opened or used.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue. Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Product Characteristics
Our red palm oil is traditionally processed and unrefined, which gives it a naturally rich aroma, deep red colour, and distinctive flavour. These natural characteristics are not considered defects.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
• Opened food products
• Used or partially consumed items
